By merging the properties, South Beach Group can now offer even better services, rooms, and lounges than ever before right in the heart of South Beach. Want a mani pedi? Check out the new spa! Want to lounge outside and have a drink? Hang out at either bar and have the special Pear Martini! Wanna chill like a vill? Hang inside at the Love Shack, discreet and cozy, and a great vantage point to spy on hipsters walking by.

Beds are dressed in 300 count Egyptian Linens & Duvet and have a reputation for being the best in town. The ultra modern décor combines an eclectic array of mahogany furnishings, raw materials and aluminum accents. Equipped with extra large plasmas, IPod docking stations, Mini-bar, CD Player. Occupancy up to 4 persons, but we highly suggest booking a Deluxe or Premium from maximum comfort. |

Open floor plan just a tad bigger than our standard King room but packed with SoBe style fit for a queen. Features include mirrored and exposed marble bathrooms complete with rain showers and open vanity areas. . Beds are dressed in 300 count Egyptian Linens & Duvet . Each Junior Suite different and unique, no two are the same. All suites are equipped with extra large plasmas, IPod docking stations, Mini-bar, CD Player. Occupancy is limited to two persons. |

Deluxe Suite - Two Beds
Open floor plan for the voyeur at heart. If you favor the generic floral prints and landscape paintings of most hotels in the area then this in not the room for you. Room features eclectic décor with dashes of green and purple hues. Each Deluxe suite is different; no two are the same so bedding could be 2 queen beds, or one full size bed with two futon/ sofa bed. Of course, the suite includes extra large plasmas, IPod docking stations, Mini-bar,CD Player.Occupancy is limited to four persons. |

Premium Suite - Three Beds
Pack them in? Or, just looking for more space? Suite has two double beds and sleeper sofa! Extra large bath with Jacuzzi tub. But, this is an open floor plan so privacy is “out the door”. Room features custom closets, sitting area, extra large plasmas, IPod docking stations, Mini-bar, CD Player. Occupancy is limited to six persons, but for comfort level we highly suggest only 5 persons. |

Rooftop Penthouse
1000 sq.ft. Penthouse Suite rooftop garden, sand floored tiki hut, Jacuzzi. This is the famous “I love New York” Penthouse. Guests have includied Kevin Federline, Wayans Brothers, Justin Timerlake, Billy Bob Thornton, Tiffany Pollard, Kimora Lee Simmons.
